This is a hire agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Sign it if you want to be legally bound by its terms. Under this agreement the goods do not become your property and must not sell them or part with their possession or control during the hire term.
A deposit is required for each item of equipment.
Weekend refers to Friday p.m. to Monday noon.
Full payment and deposit must be made with the order.
Cancellations of the hire order, or parts of the order made within seven days of the hire commencement date will result in the loss of all or part of the deposit.
The hirer must take good care of the items hired and pay for any damage or loss. Any existing damage or omission in the items being hired must be reported within 24 hours.
Under no circumstances will the hirer add to, alter, modify, adapt or interfere in any way with any equipment hired, nor will they allow another party to do so.
The hirer will notify ABC Dream immediately should any of the equipment be stolen, lost or damaged in any way and is beyond economic repair.
The hirer will be subject of extrea and continuing hire charged for any period that the equipment is retained beyond the hire period including if any hire equipment is returned incomplete.
